I’ve been in Leo and Denis’s program for a few months now and have completely changed the composition of my body back to the way it was when I was being disciplined. They didn’t just give a workout plan, they also helped me pick out the right groceries, and even more importantly, helped me change my mindset. It really is true that it all starts with a DECISION to BE, which helps gives you the self discipline to DO. Since taking action and getting into shape that has spilled over into the other areas of my life, and I know in my heart I am putting in the work necessary to be the person I know I can be. The interesting thing about getting into shape is that it really isn’t even the primary benefit, it’s nice to look good, but the subproducts of being in shape are far more valuable than having increased sex appeal. The real value of being in shape is your enhanced mood, increased ability to express yourself openly and freely due to increased self-worth, and ability to have affinity for your fellow man. Not to mention for every 20 pounds of fat you lose your Johnson grows an inch, and I know your little guys can use every centimeter it can get lol. Trust me guys, take action… the increased respect for yourself will be worth ever penny, but you have to take ACTION and START. Anything worth doing is usually never easy, but if you can make the DECISION to let go of your bad habits and a few hundred dollars, it will be 1000x worth it. Realistically, cutting out the money you spend on fast food and eating out, will cover your costs of the program easily. You deserve to be the best version of yourself. Don’t let your life slip through your fingers, you don’t have to live an ordinary life if you make the DECISION to be Extraordinary.
