So I have been part of the neombody coach program since around 2 month now, and I have to say they have been amazing. Dennis is my current close coach and he constantly checks on me, making sure I keep up my progress (even tho I have not been great at updating my workouts on the app😅) but they understand it and trust in me that I do the work. I have achieved a physique that I never thought I could, and I cannot say enough how good Dennis and Leonardo are. I look forward to what more we can achieve together !!!!
