Poor quality fabric and customer service -0 rating. No returns possible although website leads one to think returns are given. Wouldn’t advise shopping! Only offer was 10 percent refund and keep items I wasn’t satisfied with! Or 20 percent discount on future orders and keep items I didn’t want !Why would I reorder when they don’t honor returns? Their excuse? Too expensive for them to do returns and refunds. Hmmm. So as a ONE TIME CUSTOMER…..,don’t order from Neona Boutique. You’ll be disappointed!
