their service was absolutely amazing- responding fast, patiently, and constructive. the only problem i had was that when i messaged them after my sign was delivered asking for proper set up to ensure i don’t overpower the sign or do something wrong, they’ve never responded and it’s been two weeks… the sign itself though is beautiful and everything i wanted.
