This company, based in one country, uses a manufacturer in another to produce high-quality neon signs. However, a month after receiving my order, I was hit with a customs invoice for £70 for unpaid duties. When I contacted the company, I learned about their terms regarding orders over a certain amount being subject to import tax. So, my advice is to think twice before using this company; while the product is good, the experience left me dissatisfied.
