I appreciated the constant updates on the development and shipping process. It takes time to create the product, and without updates, one might worry about their investment. It would have been helpful to know in advance that I needed to be home for delivery or pay a fee for return shipping. I was informed the same day the package was in transit. With a day’s notice, I could have arranged to be there to receive it.
