I forgot my password, so I logged out, clicked “forgot password”, and awaited the email that said it would arrive within an hour. That didn’t come, so it said contact support for help. What has followed has been an absolute nightmare. Not only have they not helped me, they’ve said that everything I’ve given them is incorrect, and all they give me is an automated response of what they need instead of clarifying what “item codes” means. I have sent them this information REPEATEDLY, i have submitted several tickets trying to talk to someone else, or a real person, or to get them to pay attention because they keep saying that I’m not me, yet they continue to take my Premium payment out. Why have “forgotten password” if you’re never going to send that email for a forgotten password? That is what I am trying to get, the original email I requested. They preach about community, but I felt completely unseen and confused by unclear directions as a ND person, and when I ask for clarification on something, all I get is “Sorry, that’s not right,” as though I’ve answered a question instead of asking one. It is NEOPETS and it has driven my anxiety through the roof, simply because they refuse to help me, they write me off and ignore me.
