I am a user who has been playing for just under 20 years at this point and I've never taken much of a hiatus. I have spent hundreds on Neocash over the years alongside having been a Premium user for over a year. I was a very wealthy user - I had items worth billions, a very high end battledome set, real word pets including one which was a year one.... I'm devastated. Next to two decades of work down the drain just because I apparently abused a glitch. I have apologised for any potential glitches I might have abused (anything I might have potentially done without realising) and they don't care. It seems like such a small thing to freeze such a high end, sensitive account over. I believe people might have also been spreading rumors about my account but none of it is true. I have tried three times now to recover my frozen account but every single time they have said no including Alice.They don't care at all whether you are honest, innocent or whatnot. All they care about is their own reputation and how they look to the public. If they think it will reflect negatively on them to the public even if you are innocent or if it is too much effort because your account is sensitive or because they will have to admit that they made a mistake they won't do anything to help you and will simply keep reiterating the same garbage response. That they have evidence of it and blah blah woop woop without ever providing any explanation. It's a biased, horrendous account recovery system. What's worse is that their current policies are completely unjust. They force users to wait a year or two a lot of the time just based on a slight suspicion of them doing something wrong before they even consider returning their account and when they do offer to do so they aren't returning your account but rather just your username since they'll often refuse unless you agree to have all your items, neopoints, sometimes even pets and trophies erased. Nobody should EVER agree to those terms. I certainly won't be. Even if it means waiting even longer or until the ownership of the site hopefully changes hands again and the policies change. Because I know that I did nothing wrong and that anything I might have done wasn't even my fault that it occurred but either way they simply don't care about you at all.I have literally everything one could need to have their account returned - access to the email used to create the account and the current email registered to the account, access to their neocash transaction log, knowing the current password, a list of neofriends, my last neocash trade, where I created the account... everything. They are just choosing not to return the account for some reason unknown to me.
