The Worst Experience Ever! Do not Buy from this website! .I paid a significant amount of money for a lamp that I never received. Months later, I am still trying to resolve this with their customer service, which appears to be automated or AI-driven, as I keep getting repetitive and unhelpful responses.
They have been unable to provide any clear proof that the item was delivered, yet they continue to avoid issuing a full refund. Instead, they keep saying they are “trying to locate the item,” which has been going on for months with no resolution.
This has cost me both time and money, and the lack of accountability is soooo frustrating.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this website. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company with your purchase.
