A truly dreadful experience! NEVER ORDER HERE! This company is a scam that sends cheap products. BE WARNED! We received a Japanese carpet that looked nothing like the online images. After multiple emails to customer service, we only got a partial refund of 40% of the total cost. The replies seemed automated and AI-generated, which was incredibly frustrating. This company is unprofessional and dishonest. I would never buy from them again.
