The contract is between neosabers and Evri. That means that this is still your responsibilility to chase and ensure your customer - me get what i have paid you for!I need this order before the 25/1 so it is already too late to cancel get money back and re order since it has already been 2 weeks since order was made. How are you now going to resolve this?
