1. Ordered saber2. Waited several days 3. Inquired via email as to if and when it would ship. Received response to "Just wait, they meticulously test the product before shipping.4. Finally received saber.5. Turned on saber, speaker was blown. Making horrible cracking sounds. 6. Tested other features, unable to adjust volume, no drag mode (profie 2.2) and a few more were missing.7. Checked SD card, sound files were there, config file wasn't finished only had swing and clash programmed. 8. Contacted support, 5 days and still trying to get them to get with the program as they only reply to emails once a day.
