I purchased a ASW Episode 3 saber which came with two free sabers as part a deal. None of the sabers came with bubble wrap causing one of the free sabers to come damaged out of the box. The smooth swing, Bluetooth, and various other sounds were damaged and/or didn’t sound right. After reaching out to Neo support they told me that the one that was damaged was supposed to be that way?!?!? After sending multiple emails back and worth trying to further explain the situation with videos they told me I only received two sabers total meaning they didn’t even look into my order information. Then they stopped responding to me all together. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! These guys are shady.
