I placed an order on 2/15/2026, and thats it. Haven’t received my order, haven’t received shipping information, contacted the company last week and was advised that my order was ready to ship but no advise to when. I reached out today requesting that if they refund me if they’re not able to produce the order, and radio silence. Everyday I’m getting ads in my inbox, but the order I’ve already placed is nowhere in sight. Incredibly disappointing because it feels like hundreds of dollars down the drain.
