I would STRONGLY recommend Nepal Trekking Rangers. Yuddha was an excellent guide - he was very knowledgeable about the route and the mountain range, he organized everything for us (even picked us up from the airport) and let us dictate the pace and the intensity of the hike. It was brilliant to have a private guide and meant that we could work around the timings that suited us. Yuddha also found some of the best accommodation at high altitudes, all for an unbelievably good price that you could never get through an agency.
