Many of the positive reviews seem obviously fabricated. My experience has been the exact opposite of what those reviews suggest. This company fails to deliver on time, and when I inquired about an estimated delivery date, they avoided my question and sent vague, generic replies. I ordered a sweater over three weeks ago for a Christmas gathering this week, and it hasn’t arrived. The support team continues to respond with unhelpful, automated messages that don't address my concerns. This has been a total waste of time. Do not purchase from this company.
