Awful company! Avoid! I ordered a cardigan as a Christmas gift, the money left my account but I had no confirmation whatsoever. I messaged them and was told they had the order and not to worry, but 8 days later still had no update so emailed them only to be told that it hadn't even been dispatched yet. It took forever to arrive and is NOTHING like the photos on the website, the quality is shocking. It's meant to be a red and black cardigan but looks pink and grey. It cheap Chinese rubbish that I cannot gift, and cannot return as there's no order form/return label etc in the parcel. It's horrible. I cannot express enough how disappointing my experience with this company has been, and how annoyed I am with myself for wasting my money.
