This site is untrustworthy. Two months after my purchase, I still haven't received any tracking information. I got a misleading "order shipped" email shortly after ordering, but it didn't provide actual tracking details. I placed my order in November, and now it's January. The customer service team has confirmed that my order hasn't shipped. They refuse to issue a refund and instead offered a 10% refund, which is ridiculous. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank. Additionally, they fail to mention their location in China, which leads to unexpected shipping delays, if the order ever ships at all.
