Please don't buy fromthem.worst customer service ever.This is the email that I had sent to them I had purchased the fluted glass carafe jug with tumblers.however,the outer brown handle is very loose on the glasses and it keeps on slipping it is such an embarrassment to give this as a gift and then hear about this Order number # NSH1241849.In reply to this they told me that it was supposed to be like that only.when I asked them why is it not mentioned about it anywhere there has been no answer from their end..,.
