We were looking for a solid underground shelter for our family of 8 and after comparing a few options we chose the NEST 595 square foot bunker with Plan 25. It cost us $110000 all included and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made.The layout is really smart with enough sleeping space for everyone a decent kitchen area and good storage for supplies. Jacob helped us a lot he explained everything clearly and made sure the final design fit our budget without cutting important things like the NBC system. The NEST Bunkers crew came and finished the whole installation in just a few days even though they were pretty busy. They were professional friendly and left everything clean.Now we feel much safer knowing we have a proper 595 sq ft shelter right under our backyard. During tornado season we don't stress anymore.
