I rented a flat in Bristol for 3 months via Nestify. While the flat itself was very nice but I got a distinct sense throughout that Nestify did not take good care of the apartment and throughout the experience were interested in doing the minimum work they could get away with. Communication was poor throughout. When trying to negotiate the lease, Nestify frequently needed nudging or reminding about my questions for the landlord, and generally were lacking in attention to detail around the whole contracting processThe flat did not feel well looked after. The lockbox for the keys was borderline unusable, the washing machine extremely mouldy, the cleaning appliances were broken or needed a good clean. I reported these issues, along with a handful of minor maintenance issues that came up during our 3 month stay, and in general whatever I reported to the agent was met with the response that it would be passed on to the relevant team but I generally never heard any further and no action was taken except for the couple of things that I chased on. There are many far more competent managing agents around and I would think twice about trusting my own flat to Nestify to manage.
