So you’ve already given notice where you’re at, moved completely out, more than likely with your truck loaded, and they absolutely have you over a barrel. When you submit a repair request, they cancel it, without telling you. Then they had the audacity to keep my $2,800 deposit which you can clearly see from the videos. The home was in better condition, when I moved out. The owner decided to sell, so they badgered me out 2 months early. Promised me at least $1500 back prior to move out for the inconvenience, but they never did cough that up. Lies and dishonesty at every turn. They are scam artists!!
