We got turned off by Stripe and are not sure why, even though we have no disputes or chargebacks. We've been using NETbilling for our other stuff, but this is a Shopify store and we weren't sure if NETbilling was supported as Stripe payment is already integrated. We contacted NETbilling to set us up with another merchant account for our new online store after finding out that we could use NETbilling with Shopify. Of course, they took care of us and got us processing again in 72 hours. They have excellent customer service!
