This was, without question, the worst training session I have attended in my professional career as a corporate training and learning & development specialist. The session was so poorly designed and facilitated that I would strongly reconsider using this platform or this facilitator in the future. This was a completely ineffective session that did not meet the minimum expectations for professional training. The facilitator lacked platform competency, instructional design skills, and basic classroom management. The platform itself failed to support learners, with broken labs and inaccessible assignments.Unless there are major improvements in facilitator training, platform reliability, and curriculum design, I would not recommend NetCom Learning as a training partner.
