I did support for a lot of years so I know how thankless it is to deal with problems every day. I cannot imagine how hard it is in today’s society.I can imagine that Cheryl thought I was a lunatic for bugging her several times over a couple of weeks to make sure I didn’t have anything actively billing with NetPicks to then bugging her to add two packages (5 Day Income Trader & Options Swing Trader Pro). After a long illness I was evaluating all of the various systems I had signed up for over the years to see who I wanted to go forward with and Cheryl's patience and courtesy was a large part of my decision to continue with NetPicks.NetPicks' wide range of products to assist the options trader is impressive but so is the attitude that they are there to make us better. At no time over the 10+ years I have been doing business with NetPicks did I ever feel that they were just in it to convince me to fork over a bunch of money. Eric, Rob, Jay and the other analysts all show humility and patience even though they are all very successful traders in their own right.But it did come down to my interactions with support, namely Cheryl. Her patience and courtesy were a large part of my decision to go forward with buying two new packages from NetPicks.
