I have been using this service since May 2025. In the beginning, the performance was unreliable, with frequent interruptions, especially during sports events. For over 5 days now, my IPTV service has been completely offline. Despite numerous attempts to contact the support team through messaging and email, I have received no response. The support is practically non-existent. What makes this even more frustrating is that I paid for a full year in advance, yet the service was only available for about 6 months. This means I received only half of what I paid for, with no explanation, no resolution, and no refund. A provider that becomes unreachable during issues does not meet basic standards of reliability or customer service. I cannot recommend this service and strongly advise others to avoid long-term payments if they consider using it.
