I have been using this service since May 2025. Initially, the performance was inconsistent, with frequent interruptions, especially during sports events. For over 5 days now, my IPTV service has been completely down. Despite making over 10 attempts to reach the support team through messaging and email, I have received no responses. The support is virtually non-existent. What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that I paid for a full year in advance, yet the service was only functional for about 6 months. This indicates that only half of what I paid for was provided, with no explanation, no resolution, and no refund offered. A provider that becomes unreachable when issues arise fails to meet basic expectations for reliability or customer support. I cannot endorse this service and strongly caution others against making long-term payments if they decide to use it.
