I am 78 years old and have been a investing my entire life, and here is what I can say about this platform. I’m generally cautious with anything involving online investing, so I approached Neuroinvest with low expectations. To my surprise, the entire process has been simple and consistent. Deposits are processed instantly, the dashboard updates daily, and the withdrawals I tested all arrived without delays. I also reached out to their support team with a question, and they responded clearly and within the same day, which gave me more reassurance. The platform fits well with my busy schedule since I don’t have to actively manage anything. While I'd appreciate more insight into how the system makes its decisions, the performance and reliability have both exceeded what I expected. So far, I've put in $5,000 and made $12,000 in net profit. I think that's a pretty good result. The last time I made that much was after the crisis in 2000.
Update 25/11/2025 - They are still not responding and my unpaid interest is now $9113.46Update - the picture of their CEO is from a picture library. If you follow the image search once you download the image you will see it is from FreePik. So unless I am sorely mistaken, why would they use a free picture to be their CEO?Further update: If you look up a company called Era Invest you will see the same names but in different positions within the company.EraInvest's success is not a solo act. The company boasts a stellar team, each a maestro in their domain:Ethan Clarke - President of the Fund - now CEO Manager at NeuroinvestAdrian Hawke - CEO Manager - now Trading Analyst at NeuroinvestNatalie Draper - Trading Analyst - now Marketing Director at NeuroinvestElliot Mason - Marketing Director - Now Risk Manager at NeuroinvestClaire Barrett - Risk Manager - Now Director of Information Technology at NeuroinvestI made a $1,000 deposit and the next day was able to withdraw the profit so off to a good start, but that's where it peaked. On the next day's withdrawal I was told in email for AML purposes they could only remit to a verified wallet, which I had to set up and they would approve it in advance of making further withdrawals.I set a new wallet up, sent them evidence of the wallet and waited. A few emails later I was told I had to deposit another $1,000 from this wallet to authenticate it. This is where the 'stack and delay' suspicions really started. Anyway, I deposited $1,000 to see where this lead.Where it's lead to is nowhere. All subsequent withdrawal requests since the 7th of November 2025 are still pending. No answers from the online chat, no response to my email to support...One final thought: how they can be concerned about AML and link to a wallet puzzles me, because they onboard you not requiring any AML documents, so they have no KYC process, and secondly all I did was provide a wallet address (nothing else) and this was then "approved" to make withdrawals to.
