Just wanted to give a shout out to Niall who comes in to service our coffee machines. He is always friendly and polite and takes time to explain to us how to get the most out of the machines. He's been very helpful in teaching new members of staff how to clean and maintain the machines.

It’s honestly a pleasure to see his face on any given day and I have never seen him without a smile. He’s efficient and chatty and I would recommend the company purely on the basis of him!
