I purchased this helmet in March of 2025 it quit working by June. After back and forth through a lot of emailing I sent my helmet in and they did send me another one that was in June and now the same issue is happening with my new one. I once again emailed Alyssa and she emailed back and I replied to her and got an email that she is out of the office. I paid a lot of money because I have been going through cancer treatment and I have been using it to help with brain fog but I miss a lot of time being able to use it when it quits working. I would not suggest buying one if your really in need of the help it provides.
