I order 2 pairs of sunglasses and 1 pair of it has a small damage on it and one of the cases was broken. I contacted to the customer service and after a couple of emails they decided to send a new sunglassesI have received it but the problem was they sent it without a case. When I've asked for the case they said they don't normally send with a case which was weird. You pay 44 pounds and no case? Extremely unprofessional company. Avoid from it.
