I would highly recommend staying away from this online store. I ordered something and shortly after requested a refund, but they are just not replying, even a week later. (After contacting them numerous times) I had to open a dispute case with Paypal. Looks like either they don’t have their ducks in a row or it’s a scam.Edit: I was finally able to reach someone via their web chat and apparently it was the manager of the operation. And let me tell you, this was without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only was the manager unhelpful and rude, but they said they have a policy that would enable them to deny a refund, even when the order has not been shipped yet! I could not believe what I read. As I said, stay as far away from this “business” as possible.
