I purchased a 70" cat tree made from solid wood from this site, only to find out it was poorly built, unsturdy, and leaned to one side. I would have to pay shipping and a 20% restock fee to return the item, and the whole ordeal would set me back ~$100. I called the company to complain about their poor product, and they offered a 20% discount and wall mounts. It seemed reasonable, but weeks later and I have no discount and no wall mounts. I tried to leave a review on their website describing the low quality and poor customer service, but it never made it through moderation. A webstore like that cannot be trusted. Maybe some of their products are good, but I would buy through a resaler to avoid the hassle dealing with them directly.
