I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when considering New Co Capital.
I initially approached them seeking a traditional consolidation loan. Instead, I was advised to take a short-term loan with the promise that I could return in January to secure the long-term solution I originally requested. Based on that guidance, and in a moment of urgency, I agreed to move forward with the alternative option.
I later submitted all required documentation for the original consolidation loan and was informed more than once that I had successfully made it through underwriting. However, after that point, communication completely stopped. I received no formal approval, no denial, and no follow-up despite repeated attempts.
My biggest concern is the lack of transparency and consistency. I asked for one product and was guided into another, only to feel misled in the process. There was no clear communication, no documentation, and no accountability.
New Co Capital presents itself as a company built on family values, but my experience did not reflect that. If this is how they treat their clients, I would strongly encourage others to be cautious before entering into any agreement with them.
