Updated after i emailed with customer service:I ordered for the first time and everything went nice and smooth.I ordered two kits, one with pearls, those stink quite a bit and some are broken, but i got the info from customer support that the producer adds an extra 30% so that is good to know.The cross stitch one is a phoenix from mona lisa, and it is more of a pixeled version of the picture (I was expecting that tbh), and the fabric is very stiff and hard to work.So as long as you are aware that you get a pixeled version of the picture and the colors might differ, you're good to go.What irks me too is that here are only 5 star reviews, and on the page as well. I wrote a 2 star review for the pearl kit that has not been published. My guess i now that that is from the really good customer service, they are really trying their best.But what still irks me is that the site has no company information or adress, and there is nothing like that in the service emails either.
