Tess and her team are incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, making me feel at ease throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain every step and answered all my questions with patience and made sure I understood. The clinic is modern and immaculate, equipped with the latest technology. This not only assured me of the quality of care I was receiving but also enhanced my overall comfort. The process of getting veneers was smooth and efficient. They have an eye for detail and a commitment to perfection. They carefully crafted my veneers to ensure they looked natural and suited my facial features perfectly. The procedure was virtually painless, and the results are absolutely stunning. Even when I had to have temporary teeth fitted and wait for my mouth to heal they kept in touch, checking that everything was going to plan – we even met up for a coffee when they visited Glasgow.My new smile has exceeded my expectations! The entire staff at the clinic was friendly, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my experience was excellent, even outwith the dentist’s surgery. Their drivers were more than happy to drop us at different locations around the city instead of going back to the hotel, they really helped us explore a new part of the world. Tess is absolutely fantastic! She was with us every step of the way; from scheduling appointments to follow-up care, everything was handled with utmost care and consideration. Considering the high quality of service and the expertise provided, the cost of the veneers was very reasonable. I am thrilled with my new veneers and the overall experience at NewEraSmile.
