Purchased flowers and a bottle of champagne for my daughters new home. The flowers were shipped (not delivered) and were wilting when they arrived. There was no champagne....instead they replaced it with a chocolate bar. The chocolate was melted. They normally do not charge for the chocolate but I paid $50 for the champagne. Please find a local florist and do NOT use this service. They refused to do anything about this order because they said that they have the right to substitute under their terms of service. Substituting would have been ok if they had substituted wine for champagne or something similar. But, all that aside the flowers looked horribly wilted.
