The process was incredibly user friendly. Form on-line application completion through submission, review, acceptance, submission to the embassy, making the reservation for the in-person visit to the VISA centre, I was out within 7 minutes of arrival! Received the confirmation that my passport was dispatched for return yesterday, tracking details provided, and already this morning I can see the passport is at my local Royal Mail depot, with delivery confirmed for this morning in line with the expected return date.A particularly useful feature was the photograph upload to the CBIT portal where immediate feedback on photo acceptability was received, avoiding any delays as experienced with the older traditional process!! Excellent service from start to finish.
