If I could give zero stars, I would.Since December 2024, we’ve had three different case managers—none of whom have provided consistent or effective support. Phone calls are not returned.Despite multiple attempts, they still can’t get the correct paperwork sent to the Social Security office, but our part is correct. You would think by the fourth attempt, they'd have it right. I specifically requested a call on Tuesday to be removed from this case, and now, two days later, there’s still no call and no resolution. They’re still “trying” to fix the issue—but at this point, it’s too late.Taking guardianship of a child is stressful enough without having to deal with inefficiency, miscommunication, and neglect from a legal team that was supposed to help us. We reached out for support with Social Security benefits, and they completely failed us.
