Our roof is 15 years old and the seals around the soil vent pipes began to leak. Newman quoted a fair replacement cost and was able to make the repairs within two weeks. What really impressed me, besides the quality of the repairs, was that Newman did not try to force a total roof replacement on us. The estimator even remarked that our roof still had about 10 years left before we need to consider a replacement. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the company.
