This was our first time using a lender to assist us with our house flipping process. Joe was great to work with! He answered all of our questions thoroughly, and was always available when we needed to touch base along the way. The only thing we’d like to mention that could be improved on (for newbies like us), that you are informed at the start of the process what entity can be used (we have a two-tier biz and New Silver will only allow for the umbrella company to be used) (this caused a huge headache with paperwork already set in motion), and more detailed info on how their draw process works (not that big of a deal but worth mentioning). Overall we are very satisfied with New Silver and look forward to working with them again!
