This entire process has been incredibly frustrating. After nearly two months of trying to finalize a loan, it appears it may take even longer. The delays are inexplicable from the loan team, and there is a complete lack of urgency. Communication has been slow and unhelpful, making it difficult for me to explain the situation to the seller's side. Additionally, the loan terms have changed from the original estimates, resulting in higher costs for me. I regret my choice in selecting them for my loan funding (if it ever closes). I strongly suggest seeking other options for funding.
