My experience of Yin Yoga and Yoga…

My experience of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra with New Thoughts New Feelings Yoga has been genuinely restorative and thoughtfully delivered.Moira creates a calm, supportive environment that allows you to fully step away from the pace of everyday life and focus on your own wellbeing. The Yin sessions are unhurried and intentional, giving you the time and space to release tension both physically and mentally. The Yoga Nidra is particularly impactful — deeply relaxing, well-guided and an effective way to reset and rebalance. What stands out most is the quality of facilitation. The sessions are clearly designed with care and professionalism, striking a strong balance between structure and flexibility. There is no sense of pressure or performance; instead, you are encouraged to engage with the practice in a way that works for you.For anyone seeking a more reflective, therapeutic approach to yoga, I would highly recommend this experience. It offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, restore and reconnect.
