New Feelings Yoga with Moira offers authentic, calming, and empowering yoga classes within her local community of Lea, Ashton-on-Ribble in Preston. These classes are held at St. Christopher's Church Hall on Blackpool Road, a warm, clean, and relaxing venue perfect for yoga.
There is ample parking at the church and nearby Pig and Whistle car park, as well as convenient bus stops. All yoga equipment, including mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, and eye pillows, is provided, though you are welcome to bring your own.
Moira is a qualified Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist, life coach, and yoga teacher.
