The first attorney, Michael, that worked on my case ignored me, was rude, and abrasive. Then the second person (the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1), Kim, was amazing. I wasn't even told when Kim was no longer with the company, only after I reached out to her personally did I even know. Fast forward 6 almost 7 months later, that same first person is back on my case still ignores my emails and has done nothing on my case. Seems to be the trend with this company since April based on the downspiral of reviews. Looks like the company lost the good employee and kept the bad one, maybe this will get everyone's attention and they will go with a different company, that is what I am doing. You'll be ignored, forgotten, and talked down to like you are lesser than.
