Few days ago I bought the pass, and since I’ll be going o New York for New Year’s, I wanted to start booking the attractions that require mandatory reservations. However, through the app Go City bookings are still not open. Customer support in the chat told me I’ll be able to book only either 10 days or 7 days in advance, depending on the attraction. I find this absurd during such a peak season. I paid in advance and now I risk not finding availability, especially since on the official websites of the attractions people without the pass can already book for New Year’s!
