Ancient greek tragedies are great for a reason. Reason to be exact is the key of their greatness. There is always the plot building to an ybris and then the resolution "exileosis'. No violence and no sex on stage was a rule. Yet here we are. The modern version did not do Sophocles justice. The acting was ok for the most part.
