I had an truly amazing experience with the Customer Experience Representative Michael of The New York Theater Guide today, unforunately I had to cancel my tickets for Good Night and Good Luck May 29th because of a tragic illness and got a full refund instead of a 12 month voucher (wich would be the normal procedere), as I was unable to say if I could reschedule my NY trip within the next 12 month, this generosity was not to be expected at all. I thank Michael and his company from the bottom of my heart and will certainly ONLY book shows via New York Theater Guide in the future. Their response was very swift and extremly kind!
