I had made a mistake thinking the show was on November 30 and when we got to the theatre I realized I made the mistake. We bought new tickets for the performance and was hoping to then cancel out the original order. The website made it very easy to cancel the tickets (and other options as well ) and receive a voucher that we can use for another performance. It was a very simple process to what could have been a very expensive mistake.
