The show itself was fantastic but the logistics of entering the theater was horrendous. They opened the doors for entire crowd and we all waited in the waiting area for our level. The doors opened at approximately 10 minutes prior to the show. As we all waited in the long line we heard the countdown for showtime and we were told that we would have to wait outside because we weren’t inside in time even though we were in line and waiting from the minute they opened the doors. The show started on time but we were not inside due to the doors opening late. Then the attendants had the nerve to blame those of us still waiting to get in when we weren’t the ones that opened the doors too late to get the entire audience in.
